Our comprehensive approach begins with analyzing achievement metrics and developing the systematic strategies to address root causes.     Bernard has served in a myriad of roles within traditional public schools, charter schools, and non-profit organizations. He leverages his experiences as a superintendent, principal supervisor, and Chief of Staff during the coaching partnership to illuminate pitfalls before leaders encounter them. His most notable career achievements as a superintendent and principal supervisor include a #2 statewide ranking in Kindergarten Readiness; a 15-point increase in district graduation rate, and a 60% increase of schools rated A, B, or C.
